Accounting Supervisor Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Accounting Department. This role involves ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, compliance with accounting standards, and the preparation of financial reports.


This position requires a solid understanding of basic bookkeeping principles, including accounts payable and receivable. The successful candidate will have a graduate degree in Accountancy, preferably with 3 years of experience in the accounting field. Additionally, proficiency in oral and written English is essential.


The key responsibilities of this role include reviewing and monitoring journal entries, ensuring that all business transactions are recorded accurately, and maintaining the accuracy of all accounts in the system. Other duties include analyzing expense and fixed assets, updating financial data in the database, and presenting a monthly analysis of Financial Statements to the management team.


In addition to these tasks, the Accounting Supervisor will be responsible for reconciliation of Account Receivables and Payables, preparation of monthly financial reports, and monitoring updates of the Book of Accounts for the current year. They will also prepare annual Sales Certificate for the annual renewal of Business Permit, as well as annual budgets for the company.


The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and organizational skills are also essential for this role.
