Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small portfolio of clients, providing exceptional support and guidance throughout their investment journey. Key responsibilities include:

  • Calculating net asset values for investment funds in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Understanding and complying with accounting and reporting requirements as per fund incorporation documents.
  • Processing capital activities, trades, and transactions in our robust accounting systems.
  • Performing daily portfolio and cash reconciliations, investigating discrepancies, and resolving issues promptly.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in fund accounting, preferably working with hedge funds or private equity entities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • A university degree in business, preferably with a specialization in accountancy or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as CPA or other international accounting certifications is an advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in accounting, with a focus on fund accounting and financial reporting.
  • Familiarity with fund accounting systems and software, including Invest One, eFront, or Investran.
