Job Overview:

The CFO role is pivotal in driving the organization's financial strategy, planning, and reporting.

Main Responsibilities
  • Financial Leadership & Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the organization's financial plan, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making by senior leadership.
  • Lead long-term financial planning, capital allocation, and investment strategies to support growth and expansion.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, management reports, and Board presentations.
  • Monitor key financial metrics and advise management on opportunities and risks.
Talent Management & Team Leadership
  • Lead and develop the finance and accounting teams to ensure excellence in service delivery.
  • Implement best practices in financial management, systems, and processes.
  • Drive efficiency through automation, digitalization, and ERP/financial system optimization.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
  • Partner with business unit heads to provide financial insights and decision support.
  • Present financial performance, risks, and opportunities to investors, lenders, and key stakeholders.
  • Support corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and fundraising.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred).
  • At least 15+ years of progressive finance experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in corporate finance, strategic planning, and risk management.
  • Proven track record in financial leadership within industry.
