Our respected client is seeking a professional for the job of Finance Director to oversee the company's entire Finance Department. Role is on an onsite work setup.

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Director to lead all financial activities within the organization. This role is responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving financial performance to support business growth. Key Job Responsibilities Include:Lead the development and execution of financial strategy aligned with company objectives.

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes. Manage cash flow, working capital, and cost control initiatives. Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Partner with operations to optimize production costs and improve profitability. Supervise and develop the finance team.

Key Job Requirements Include:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred).12+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing. Strong understanding of cost accounting, ERP systems, and financial modeling. Proven ability to drive operational efficiency and support strategic decision-making.
