Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

Be a part of our fast-growing team and unchain all the possibilities What is your mission? We are seeking a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis to lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.
This key leadership role focuses on optimizing costs, driving business growth, overseeing financial reporting, and delivering strategic insights to support decision-making. If you have a strong analytical mindset, leadership experience, and expertise in financial strategy, we want you on our team You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:Lead financial and business process improvements, including cost-saving initiatives and M&A activities.
Provide financial reports and insights to support business leaders. Analyze financial and operational performance to enhance strategic decision-making. Oversee short-term financial forecasting and manage recurring forecast processes.
Support new client business development through financial analysis and performance tracking. Manage capital investment planning and financial evaluations. Handle balance sheet and cash flow forecasting.
Develop and monitor key operational and financial performance metrics. Mentor and lead finance team members, fostering professional growth. Present financial reports and insights to senior management.
Assess market trends and competitive positioning. Perform other related tasks as required. Who are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. At least 10 years of finance experience in a large, multi-location, international business. Minimum 5 years in an FP&A managerial role with hands-on financial analysis experience.
Strong background in providing strategic financial insights to drive business growth. Proven ability to conduct in-depth financial analysis in a fast-paced environment. Willing to work night shift/US hours.
