Job Description

Manage daily online store operations for a seamless shopping experience. This includes managing and maintaining product listings in Shopify, coordinating new product launches, updating content blocks and banners on the homepage and other landing pages, supporting email campaigns, working with marketing teams, and weekly/monthly reporting on key business metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in ecommerce coordination, merchandising, or similar
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify is essential
  • Familiarity with Shopify apps and integrations (e.g., product review tools, metafields, upsell apps)
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
  • Flexibility with working hours, ideally overlapping with Australian business hours
