Job Overview

We seek a creative and results-driven e-commerce professional to manage online sales platforms, develop digital marketing strategies, and drive traffic to our ecommerce site. This role requires a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ecommerce Management: Manage ecommerce platforms, including product listings, inventory management, and order processing.
  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC.
  • Content Creation: Create compelling content for product descriptions, social media posts, email campaigns, and other digital marketing materials.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
  • SEO and SEM: Optimize website content and product listings for search engines, manage PPC campaigns, and ensure a strong online presence.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, segmenting lists and targeting specific customer groups.
  • Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts, create and schedule posts, engage with followers, and monitor social media metrics.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless customer experience on our ecommerce platforms, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Ecommerce Specialist or Digital Marketer.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a creative and innovative mindset.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools and excellent communication skills.
  • A strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and digital marketing tools is essential for this role.
