Human Resources Business Partnership Specialist

The role of an HR Business Partner Manager plays a pivotal part in aligning HR strategies with business objectives. Working closely with senior management, this individual supports the workforce and drives business outcomes through strategic planning, employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with business leaders to ensure HR initiatives drive organizational success.
- Employee Relations: Provide expert guidance on complex employee issues, ensuring fairness, consistency, and compliance with policies.
- Performance Management: Support people leaders on goal setting, evaluations, and feedback to enhance employee growth and development.
- HR Metrics and Reporting: Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for informed business decisions.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is essential. A Master's Degree or Professional Certification, such as CHRP, is a plus but not required.
- 6 to 7 years of experience in HR or a related field, with at least 4 to 5 years in a Business Partner role.
