Clinical Operations Expert

Seeking a highly skilled Clinical Operations Expert to lead clinical services delivery, manage clinician rosters, and ensure seamless client experiences across multiple regions. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive quality improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead clinical operations teams to deliver exceptional service quality and meet client expectations.
  • Manage clinician rosters, ensuring adequate staffing levels and optimal resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve clinical quality, reduce costs, and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine workflows, identify process improvements, and implement best practices.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Counselling, Clinical Psychology, or related field.
  • Professional registration with relevant counselling/psychology board.
  • At least 5 years of post-graduate experience in clinical operations, client relationship management, or case management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing clinicians, preferably in B2B, hospital, or EAP settings.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to create reports and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
