Job Opportunity: Amazon Account Management Expert


About the Role

Are you a seasoned professional looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for an Amazon Account Manager who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. As an FBA expert, you will be responsible for owning end-to-end account management, including customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Amazon policies, listings, and performance metrics. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Excel, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

This is a remote role, offering a great work-life balance and opportunities for growth and development.


Responsibilities
  • Manage daily product listing checks to ensure accuracy and performance.
  • Respond to customer inquiries with clear and proactive communication.
  • Handle product replacements, refunds, and disputes.
  • Monitor seller performance metrics and address issues before they escalate.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience managing Amazon FBA & Seller Central accounts.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions and data analysis).
  • Exceptional communication skills – anticipating problems before they arise.
  • Organized, efficient, and results-driven.
