Job Title: Data Operations Specialist

As a Data Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing complex data tasks, ensuring adherence to established guidelines and best practices. You will provide expert assistance to clients on location data using proprietary tools, conduct thorough audits on listing data to maintain accuracy and quality standards, identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

You will collaborate with senior team members to develop, refine, and document best practices aimed at enhancing team efficiency and effectiveness. You will support the development of junior team members by sharing knowledge, providing guidance, and assisting in training initiatives. Ensuring timely completion of deliverables, consistently meeting or exceeding service level agreements (SLAs) and personal performance targets is essential.

A professional with 3-4 years of experience in data operations, quality assurance, data entry, or a related field is required. Demonstrated ability to handle complex data discrepancies and provide clear, effective solutions is essential.

Strong proficiency in English, including written, spoken, and reading skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly is desired. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables within tight deadlines is also required.
