Job Title: Support Representative

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Support Representative. This role involves providing top-notch support to our users, ensuring their design journeys remain seamless.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist users through various channels, resolving queries and guiding them through product features.
  • Troubleshoot complex problems, including login issues and platform-related problems.
  • Manage multiple customer cases simultaneously, providing timely and accurate feedback.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve platform issues and enhance speed and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Degree in computer science or information technology.
  • Experience with Intercom, Stripe/Paddle is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in tech or web-based platform support.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid knowledge of the product and common issues.
