As a customer service representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and assistance in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound calls with professionalism and a friendly tone, ensuring all client inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  • Follow established protocols and guidelines to provide accurate responses to customer inquiries.
  • Schedule appointments using client CRMs and scheduling platforms, guaranteeing seamless communication and coordination.
  • Take detailed call summary notes while on the call, highlighting key information and action items.
  • Send accurate and well-written call summaries to clients immediately after calls, maintaining open lines of communication.
  • Ensure all call details are recorded without typos or missing information, upholding high standards of quality and attention to detail.
  • Communicate with clients as needed to confirm instructions and receive feedback, fostering strong relationships and trust.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous BPO or customer service experience is preferred, demonstrating adaptability and a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to multitask by managing calls, taking notes, and sending follow-ups, showcasing efficiency and productivity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and concise interactions with clients.
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate call summaries, reflecting a commitment to quality and excellence.
  • Confident in communicating directly with clients when necessary, exhibiting confidence and poise under pressure.
  • Experience working remotely is preferred but not required, offering flexibility and versatility.
  • Willingness to undergo training and learn client-specific protocols, demonstrating a proactive and growth-oriented mindset.
  • Motivated, hardworking, and eager to contribute to the team, showcasing a positive and collaborative attitude.

Working hours: 5 days per week, 9 hours per day, 1 hour for lunch and two 15-minute breaks. Time Zone: Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles).
