Service Delivery Manager

About this role
As a Service Delivery Manager, you will oversee the entire delivery process for assigned orders, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of services.
This involves coordinating with internal and contracted third-party resources to meet customer requirements and delivery timelines. Regular communication with customers is also key, providing clear and consistent updates throughout the entire delivery life cycle.
Responsibilities include managing tasks such as ordering Internet Circuits, managing Hosted VoIP projects, and overseeing number porting processes. To be successful in this role, you will require strong organizational skills and effective time management techniques.
Key qualifications for this position include:
- A minimum of 5 years experience in the telecommunications industry.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Service Delivery and/or Project Management.
- Hands-on experience in VoIP, SDWAN Implementation, and Internet Circuit ordering with carriers.
- Ability to document dependencies and priorities clearly.
- Proficient in effectively managing third-party resources.
