We are seeking a seasoned dispatcher to join our team as an Overnight Dispatcher. This role will be responsible for coordinating deliveries across the US, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and providing top-notch support to our drivers and customers.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Deliveries: Dispatch packages efficiently using advanced routing techniques, optimizing delivery routes based on driver schedules, customer needs, and time constraints.
  • Maintain Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest dispatch systems, leveraging your knowledge to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Customer Interaction: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email, resolving issues professionally and maintaining a positive tone.
  • Utilize Technology: Familiarize yourself with Dialpad and Zendesk, utilizing these tools to enhance communication and streamline operations.
  • Driver Communication: Provide clear instructions and feedback to drivers, ensuring seamless execution of tasks.
  • Achieve On-Time Delivery: Meet or exceed on-time delivery targets for assigned markets, striving for excellence in every aspect of your work.
  • Market Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients, drivers, and market needs, making informed decisions to drive success.
