We are seeking a highly skilled professional to excel in meeting cryptocurrency customers' expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Communicate with customers through various channels, providing timely and informative responses.
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information and answer questions confidently.
  • Process customer orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance the server and community experience, increase engagement, and activity levels.
  • Provide constructive feedback on the customer service process to drive improvements.
  • Supervise a team of junior customer service representatives and ensure they receive necessary support and guidance.
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by delivering professional and personalized support.
  • Perform additional tasks as required by Token Metrics to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and remove spam, scammers, and inappropriate content from our Discord server.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, be able to adapt/respond to different types of customers, and have experience working with CRM systems and community management tools.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably with familiarity of Intercom.
  • Ability to navigate complex community management tools like Telegram and Discord.
  • Excellent customer orientation and ability to respond to diverse customer needs.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
