Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Coordinator to manage day-to-day financial transactions, prepare accurate reports, and handle communication with clients. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update general ledger accounts and entries, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including the processing of invoices and payments.
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts to aid strategic planning.
  • Provide regular reports and analysis to management for decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
