Pricing is a key aspect of our business, and we are seeking a talented individual to join our Sales Support team as a Pricing Associate Temp. This role will involve working closely with the field sales force to ensure that all price exceptions and sales support concerns are handled efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of pricing strategies and principles, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. They will be responsible for monitoring mailboxes, completing price exceptions requests, and escalating issues as needed in coordination with commercial managers and higher management.

In addition, the successful candidate will have experience using CRM systems and will be able to prioritize tasks, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines. They will also be able to communicate effectively with salespeople, clarify data inputs, and confirm decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor mailboxes and complete price exceptions requests and other sales support concerns within defined processes and SLAs.
  • Evaluate and escalate exceptions as needed in coordination with Commercial Manager and higher management.
  • Utilize CRM system to send contracts to potential customers for approved price exceptions.
  • Communicate with salespeople to clarify data inputs and confirm decisions.
  • Coordinate feedback from centre teams to gain understanding of local market conditions for consideration.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business / Finance or related qualification
  • 2-3 years' experience as a contract, data or commercial administrator
  • Familiarity with MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and intermediate level MS Excel skills
  • Experience with Contract software and/or CRM systems
