Financial Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Financial Business Analyst. This role is critical in driving financial insights and identifying areas for improvement across our business operations.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, with experience in evaluating and analyzing financial performance and business operations. They will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver financial analysis and develop strategies that support operational efficiency and sustainable growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and ROI assessments.
  • Evaluate and analyze business operations to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for efficiency and growth.
  • Develop, monitor, and interpret financial performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards.
  • Partner with leadership to design and implement process improvements that drive financial scalability.
  • Support strategic decision-making by assessing the financial impact of business initiatives.
  • Research industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices to inform financial recommendations.
  • Prepare clear, concise financial reports and presentations that communicate actionable insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a hybrid role combining both.
  • Proven ability to perform financial modeling and reporting at a high level.
  • Experience analyzing and improving business processes.
  • Background in SaaS or health-tech industries preferred.
  • Proficiency with BI and data visualization tools.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and accounting/finance platforms.
