Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
Oversee recruitment and selection processes, ensuring a strong talent pipeline.
Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires.
Manage employee relations, resolving conflicts, and promoting positive workplace dynamics.
Develop and implement performance management systems and training programs.
Manage compensation and benefits programs.
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
Foster a culture of learning, development, and employee engagement.
Administration:
Oversee daily administrative operations, including office management, facilities management, security, and logistics.
Manage company HR and admin-related budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.
Implement and maintain efficient administrative systems and processes.
Ensure the smooth functioning of all administrative departments.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
Implement and maintain effective risk management strategies.
Coordination and management functions with DHSUD and homeowners' association
Construction site-security matters, contractor and workers labor concerns and ESH (Environment, safety and Health)
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management preferably with Master degree
At least 5 years of experience as HR and Admin Manager, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
Proven track record in developing and implementing successful HR events and initiatives.
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
