The job role of NetSuite Developer and Administrator is to oversee the design, development, implementation, and ongoing support of NetSuite ERP solutions. This involves system configuration, customization using SuiteScript, integration with other platforms, and providing technical assistance and training to users.

This position will work closely with stakeholders to optimize the platform for business processes and reporting needs. The responsibilities of this role include designing and implementing customizations and enhancements to the NetSuite platform using SuiteScript.

  • Managing integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems
  • Creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, saved searches, and KPIs
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to system functionality and performance
  • Monitoring NetSuite releases and assessing impact on current processes and customizations
  • Ensuring data accuracy and supporting data migration efforts as needed
  • Providing end-user support and training for NetSuite-related processes
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions

To be successful in this role, one should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator or Developer. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics.

A strong background in ERP implementation and system integration is required. Additionally, proficiency in SuiteScript 1.0/2.0, RESTlets, Web Services, SuiteTalk, and data migration and management using CSV imports and tools are necessary skills.

Certifications such as NetSuite Certified Administrator (required) and NetSuite SuiteFoundation Certification (preferred) are highly valued.

Key Qualifications:
