About the Role

Our team is seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join our growing organization. As a Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in driving pipeline growth and cementing our position as a trusted leader in AI safety.

Your primary responsibility will be to plan and execute campaigns, events, and content that move prospects from curiosity to closed-won. This includes working closely with Sales, Account Management, and Solutions teams to develop targeted programs that drive qualified leads and influence annual pipeline.

We are looking for a marketer who can hit pipeline targets, show clear attribution to bookings or revenue, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. If you have 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in tech, AI, SaaS, or professional services, and a proven ability to run field, partner, and/or ABM initiatives, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign & event ownership from ideation through post-mortem
  • Compelling copywriting and messaging tailored to technical and risk-oriented buyers
  • Data-driven mindset: comfortable building dashboards, slicing funnel data, and acting on insights
  • Project & stakeholder management - juggling multiple programs while keeping teams aligned
  • Adaptability: thrive amid shifting requirements, tight timelines, and ambiguous asks
Requirements
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in tech, AI, SaaS, or professional services
  • Success running field, partner, and/or ABM initiatives that supported complex, high-value sales cycles
  • Proven ability to hit pipeline targets and show clear attribution to bookings or revenue
  • Experience collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and RevOps in a fast-moving environment
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, and project tools like Asana
