Business Development Representative, AI Safety Services

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales and communication skills in a dynamic environment focused on AI safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for sales-accepted leads (SLAs) and first meetings booked.
  • Create balance by quickly converting inbound interest and running focused outbound plays when the pipeline needs a boost.
  • Inform the organization's product roadmap by surfacing prospect pains and trends to marketing, product, and solutions teams.
  • Raise the bar for AI safety by helping more labs and enterprises discover best-in-class services like evals, red-teaming, and drift-monitoring services.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of professional work experience in any field that demonstrates reliability, such as sales, support, operations, retail, hospitality, or military service.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and utilize productivity tools like Google Workspace and basic CRM software.
  • Customer or client-facing exposure with experience listening, probing, and solving problems.
