Job Title: Senior Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining general ledger accounts and subsidiary ledgers;
  • Preparing balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements;
  • Performing reconciliations of bank statements, credit card statements, and other accounts;
  • Preparing and reviewing financial reports, including budget vs actual comparisons;
  • Analyzing financial data and identifying trends and areas for improvement;
  • Coordinating with external auditors to ensure smooth audit process;
  • Providing guidance and support to junior staff members on accounting procedures and policies;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field;
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a senior role;
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and other accounting software;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality;
