As a Customer Data Custodian, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of customer data within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate customer records across core systems
  • Conduct basic data entry and validation to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Support the collection and uploading of customer-related documents into centralized repositories
  • Coordinate with teams to resolve issues related to missing or inconsistent documentation

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of data concepts, database structures and data accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is required, while experience with Python is an added advantage.

Requirements:
  • Graduate of Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field
  • 1-2 years working experience, preferably in the Energy Industry
