Business Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team. As a critical member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing data processes to support seamless access, analysis, and decision-making across the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Governance:
    • Develop and implement data governance policies to ensure data quality and consistency.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
    • Design and implement reporting and analytics solutions to provide business insights and drive informed decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop targeted data solutions.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in data management and analytics.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness by implementing quality control processes.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years experience in data management and analytics
Required Skills:
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI)
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify patterns and trends in data
  • Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate complex data findings to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Collaboration Skills: Effectively working with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement data solutions
