Account Growth Specialist

Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new customers. This includes generating information about market behavior and potential growth opportunities to help the company achieve its set goals and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain lists of current and prospective clients, including product client databases.
- Collect and update relevant account information and identify potential contacts in assigned territories.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to and following up on sales enquiries.
- Analyze customer needs and satisfaction regarding product quality, safety, and legitimacy.
- Negotiate product prices based on prescribed pricing and collaborate with supervisors to achieve sales targets.
- Carry out other duties assigned by supervisors from time to time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any of the following fields: Chemistry, Food Technology, Business, or other relevant fields.
- At least 6 months experience in food manufacturing or fast-moving consumer goods sales and account management.
