**Key Responsibilities**
- You will provide strategic guidance to clients, ensuring seamless project execution and outstanding results.
- You will build and maintain strong relationships with Business Communication Leads and Marketers, driving growth and delivering results.
- You will identify opportunities to drive revenue and enhance business outcomes, serving as a trusted digital advisor.
- You will oversee project delivery, ensuring timely completion and accurate invoicing in line with contract terms.
- You will serve as a role model for stewardship, balancing account needs with cost optimization and negotiation expertise.
- You will gather and share critical client information with project teams to inform effective scoping and delivery.
- You will proactively address potential client or revenue issues, providing expert guidance and support.
**Requirements**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in advertising, with a proven track record of managing local and international clients and commercial businesses.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments, driving results and excellence.
- In-depth understanding of technical audiences and industry demand chains, with a focus on digital creative agency experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in client relationship development and service, with a strong background in BTB and BTC.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create compelling presentations and content.
