We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Support Professional to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing administrative support to our leadership teams.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized and reliable, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Key responsibilities include performing various administrative duties, answering emails and phone calls, booking appointments, creating content for social media channels, preparing presentations, making travel arrangements, and maintaining professional communication.

Candidate qualifications include 1 year of experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, exceptional time management skills, strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and planning skills, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
