Project Management Position

A high-performing Project Manager is required to oversee the development process from planning and execution through to implementation and deployment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring all software projects are completed within budget and to the required quality standards.

This role requires a proactive approach to project planning, including collaborating with stakeholders and team members to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, dependencies, and required resources.
  • Team Management: Oversee the software development team, ensuring they have the necessary tools, support, and infrastructure to complete their work on time and to a high standard.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact the project and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Communication: Communicate regularly with stakeholders, team members, and external partners to keep them informed about project progress, risks, and issues.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the software developed meets the required quality standards by developing and implementing quality assurance processes and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira workflows.
  • Experience with automation rules and AI-based task/reporting tools.
  • Basic scripting/API familiarity is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
