Senior Quality Assurance Automation Leader

We are seeking a Senior QA Automation Leader to lead our quality assurance strategy across teams, ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our web and software products.

This position requires a strong leader who can define and implement testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices across all projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading a team, developing and executing test plans, and writing automated tests in Selenium, Cypress, and Appium.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading the QA Automation team in defining and implementing testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices across all projects.
  • Driving test planning, prioritization, and execution of both manual and automated testing across frontend, backend, and mobile systems.
  • Overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, reusable automated test scripts that simulate end-to-end user interactions across platforms.
  • Maintaining and enhancing the automation framework, testing tools, and CI/CD integrations to support continuous testing.
Requirements
  • At least 5+ years experience in both manual and automation testing and at least 1 year experience in leading a team.
  • Development and execution of test plans and scenarios.
  • Experience in writing automated tests in Selenium, Cypress, and Appium.
  • Source control management like Git, Bitbucket, etc.
