Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily workload and ensure all jobs are actioned based on priority and within allowed KPI.
  • Follow standard operating procedures for vetting, compiling, and customs administration.
  • Report irregularities as per SOP.
  • Communicate with responsible parties for missing documents and escalate when necessary.
  • Attend to customer pre-lodge/customs activities and queries.
  • Send jobs into pre-lodge/customs.
  • Participate actively in process improvements projects.
  • Meet/exceed expectations defined in SLA.
  • Work under direction of team leaders.
  • Adapt to DSV culture and perform in line with values/behaviors defined.
  • Be a DSV ambassador.
  • Deliver set personal targets (productivity, timeliness, accuracy).
  • Own personal development in line with DSV's performance review process.
  • Perform assigned tasks to support DSV and meet its objectives and targets regarding quality, health, safety, and environment.
  • Ensure day-to-day activities embrace sustainability/health and safety.
  • Be a team player and willing to be assigned on a different team or operating hours if required.
