Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Planning expert to spearhead our logistics operations. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team, drive performance optimization, and ensure regulatory compliance.

About the Role
  • This Senior Manager position is pivotal in fostering collaboration across internal teams and external partners.
  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing logistics strategies aligned with company-wide initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a resourceful mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies that support business objectives.
  • Delegate tasks effectively and manage team performance to achieve departmental goals.
  • Cultivate relationships with external service providers to ensure consistent service levels.

You will be expected to:

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives targeting logistics workflows, systems, and KPIs.
  • Review and approve CAPAs from forwarders, ensuring thorough issue resolution.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Operations, or a related field (Master's degree in Business or Management is a plus).
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the semiconductor and electronics manufacturing and logistics industry.
