Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

As a skilled financial expert, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of financial reports, accounts, and administrative tasks. You must possess strong proficiency in Excel for financial analysis, experience with financial software like NetSuite, and capability to handle executive assistant responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare detailed financial reports with insights on company performance.
  • Financial Tasks: Manage financial records, reconcile accounts, and track expenses.
  • Excel-Based Financial Modeling: Utilize advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) for data analysis and budgeting.
  • Bookkeeping & Payroll Support: Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, invoice processing, and payroll computations.
  • Executive Assistant Duties: Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, organize emails, and provide administrative support.
  • Compliance & Audit Assistance: Support tax filing, regulatory compliance, and financial audits.
  • Financial Strategy Support: Provide insights to assist in making strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in finance, accounting, and executive support.
  • Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with financial software like NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, including GAAP compliance.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
