You will also ensure deadlines are met, monitor project progress, and implement strategies to address challenges, while collaborating with other departments to align team efforts with the organization's overall goals.

  • You are responsible for overseeing the work of team members, providing guidance, support and feedback, and ensuring that all team members meet their performance goals.
  • You will coordinate and assign tasks to the team members and ensure that everyone works together to achieve the team's objectives.
  • Responsible for conducting meetings and 1:1 coaching sessions and identifying opportunities and progress of each team member.
  • Ensure deadlines are met, monitor progress, and develop strategies to overcome obstacles.
  • Collaborate with different departments within the organization to ensure the projects and initiatives are aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
