Overview

The Payroll Master role is a critical position at a leading organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll processes and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver accurate, timely, and business-critical timekeeping and payroll processes through technology solutions.
  • Provide technical support and advice to clients on payroll and HR products.
  • Develop subject matter expertise on payroll and HR.
  • Remain current on payroll and HR policies and trends, and on other industry best practices.

Responsibilities include creating and building productive relationships with clients, demonstrating the company's payroll and HR products articulately and confidently, and managing assigned customer issues.

The successful candidate will work closely with the development team to outline solutions, monitor progress, and report fixes/enhancements to clients.

Qualifications | Competencies
  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in payroll systems and administration.
  • Experience in end-to-end local payroll processing and handling external clients (outsourcing services) is highly valued.
  • Demonstrable expertise in current industry accounting and HR technologies.
  • Strong communication, sales, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate technical knowledge across an audience of varying levels of understanding.

As a Payroll Master, you will be responsible for ensuring that all payroll processes are accurate, timely, and compliant with regulations. This requires excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
