Job Overview

A business insights professional will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision making across our organization by developing actionable intelligence solutions, analyzing key performance indicators, and delivering strategic insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, design data models, and develop reports and dashboards regarding all aspects of the business.
  • Develop and maintain consistent and groomed business logic and key performance indicators across reporting platforms.
  • Design and implement product forecasts supporting our growing direct-to-consumer business using Excel, SQL, R, and/or Tableau.
  • Proactively identify and investigate potential areas of opportunity and improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-3+ years of experience with SQL, business intelligence, and data warehousing required; forecasting experience strongly preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work cross-functionally across the organization.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and motivated to solve complex problems.
Work Environment
  • This is a full-time, salaried, exempt, remote position.
  • The role involves sitting most of the time but may also involve moving for brief periods.
