Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Insights Professional to join our Reporting and Analytics function. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming operational data into actionable insights that empower both internal stakeholders and clients.

This role involves providing first-line support to internal clients, gathering requirements for business analysis and reporting, querying and investigating databases to answer stakeholders' questions, generating reports and dashboards, and supporting other analysts to enhance data accessibility and clarity.

Requirements
  • Love of data, analytics, and problem solving
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in data and insights-focused roles
  • Good SQL coding skills (JOINS, CASE statements, basic window functions)
  • Understanding of data modeling skills
  • Experience with BI tools like PowerBI (including DAX and Power Query)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to translate complex data tables into actionable, digestible information
  • Curiosity and desire to learn
  • Ability to interact with data in application data stores, and data warehouses
