Job Summary

A dynamic and analytical professional is sought to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and interpret diverse data sources within the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem.
  • Develop robust and user-friendly Power BI reports and dashboards to visualize trends, KPIs, and business metrics.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver insights aligned with strategic goals.
  • Use Power BI Desktop and the Power BI Service to develop and publish scalable and optimized reports.
  • Clean, transform, and model data using Power Query, DAX, and Fabric-native tools.
  • Perform data validation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of reports.
  • Document report logic, metrics definitions, and data lineage for transparency and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a data analysis or reporting role.
  • Hands-on experience working with data in Microsoft Fabric (e.g., Lakehouses, Dataflows Gen2, or Pipelines).
  • Strong skills in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and dashboard design.
  • Familiarity with data modeling concepts (e.g., star schema, normalization).
  • Ability to translate business questions into analytical approaches and actionable insights.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
