Job Title: Part-Time Note Writer

As a remote part-time Note Writer, you will play a vital role in supporting mental health professionals by creating and reviewing clinical notes with the assistance of AI tools.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Development: Draft, review, and refine mental health clinical notes using AI tools to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Documentation Expertise: Apply relevant medical knowledge when documenting patient interactions, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data privacy standards.
  • Platform Management: Accurately enter finalized notes into multiple platforms while ensuring consistent formatting and clarity.
  • Organizational Skills: Utilize project management tools to organize and track notes, ensuring timely completion of tasks and meeting deadlines.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in medical, mental health, or administrative documentation is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong written English skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to multiple platforms, including AI tools, project management software, and web browsers.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based applications and remote work tools is advantageous.
