We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Mental Wellness Specialist. In this role, you will play a vital part in promoting the mental well-being of our clients through various programs and initiatives.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess a strong understanding of mental health principles and practices.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement mental health programs that cater to the diverse needs of our clients.
  • Collaborate with our Mental Health team to provide holistic support services, including consultations, psychotherapy, and crisis intervention.
  • Assess client needs and develop personalized plans to enhance their mental well-being.
  • Monitor program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Psychology or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Google Workspace.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong background in Mental Health or Employee Assistance Programs is advantageous.
