We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to expand our mental health service provider network in Asia. This is a key role that requires recruiting and matching qualified professionals, maintaining databases, responding to inquiries, reviewing applications, ensuring confidentiality, and managing caseload.

• Expand our mental health service provider network in China markets
• Recruit and onboard mental health professionals to offer ad hoc psychological support to clients
• Assess clients' needs and match them with appropriate providers using our proprietary database
• Maintain accurate applicant information in ATS and Provider database
• Respond promptly to provider inquiries within defined turnaround times
• Distribute provider guidelines and application materials to external affiliates/providers during recruitment
• Review provider applications and supporting documentation for thoroughness
• Uphold strict confidentiality of clients' information
• Effectively communicate provider information to hiring managers
• Proactively manage caseload to ensure efficient service delivery

• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Fluent proficiency in both English and Mandarin
• Experience with recruiting in the Asian job Market
• Database management of candidates
• Remote work experience
• Experience in a growing startup

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Asian job market and be able to effectively communicate with hiring managers. They should also be comfortable working in a remote setup and have experience with database management.
