EDI Analyst Position

As a key member of our operations team, the EDI Analyst will play a vital role in ensuring seamless data exchange with partners. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities.

This position involves working closely with various teams to ensure uninterrupted daily business processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for continuously monitoring EDI communications, identifying and troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with internal and external partners to achieve timely resolution.

The EDI Analyst will also be responsible for coordinating the setup of new EDI trading partners and documenting implementations. In addition, the analyst will recommend enhancements to systems and business processes to optimize EDI efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • EDI Monitoring and Maintenance: Continuously monitor EDI communications to ensure uninterrupted data exchange with partners.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and track EDI-related issues, collaborating with internal and external partners to achieve timely resolution.
  • Partner Onboarding and Testing: Coordinate the setup of new EDI trading partners and document implementations.
  • System and Process Improvement: Recommend enhancements to systems and business processes to optimize EDI efficiency.
