Marketing Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive business results through strategic campaign planning and execution.

This is a highly collaborative role, perfect for a well-rounded marketer who is excited to both strategize and execute.

The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day marketing operations, coordinate tasks across internal teams, freelancers, and vendors, and support lead generation, content, and brand-building efforts.

About the Role
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, including email, social media, SEO, paid ads, webinars, and events
  • Manage marketing operations, including project coordination, budgeting, and vendor management
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies, including content creation, social media engagement, and event planning
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, freelancers, and vendors
  • Track and report on campaign performance, share actionable insights, and recommend improvements
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably with agency or B2B exposure
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot and Apollo
  • Experience managing or supporting campaigns across multiple channels (email, social, ads, SEO, events, etc.)
  • Strong content and copywriting skills, with attention to voice, tone, and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background or strong interest in architecture/design or legal/Hispanic marketing
  • Experience in event marketing or trade show planning
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO principles, and how to optimize messaging for organic reach
