Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

This role is essential to ensuring financial accuracy, supporting revenue assurance, and driving process integrity across diverse product lines. As a Financial Operations Specialist, you will learn how financial systems work end-to-end, participate in validation of financial data, assist in root cause analysis for discrepancies, and contribute to the implementation of controls that ensure customers are billed accurately and fairly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform regular checks on financial data and records to validate accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in identifying and analyzing financial discrepancies or anomalies across consumer and enterprise segments.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to document and track financial issues for resolution.
  • Support pre- and post-deployment validation of new products, price plans, and system changes.
  • Participate in UAT and regression testing activities for financial-related system enhancements.
  • Help develop and maintain financial control dashboards and reports using Excel or BI tools.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and control documentation efforts.
