Job Title: Senior Billing/Accounts Receivable

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Billing/Accounts Receivable professional to manage the entire billing and accounts receivable process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

This role involves preparing and reviewing invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies. You will also monitor accounts receivable aging reports and manage the collection process to ensure timely receipt of payments.

In addition, you will reconcile customer accounts, resolve discrepancies, and address any billing issues promptly. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing effective strategies for improving the billing and collection process, as well as coordinating with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely billing.

You will also be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports related to billing and accounts receivable, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in billing and accounts receivable.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts receivable processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
