Outbound Sales Development Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Outbound Sales Development Representative to craft personalized cold emails for our outbound campaigns.

This is a volume-driven, quality-first writing role where every line you write should feel authentic, not templated. Your work will directly help candidates land interviews by tailoring each message to the recipient's specific needs.

  • Write 60-90 personalized cold emails per day (~300-450 per week) using LinkedIn profiles to research and identify potential candidates.
  • Ensure each opener is authentic, conversational, and tailored to the recipient's interests and qualifications.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in copywriting, outbound sales, or SDR roles with a focus on personalized messaging. Strong written English skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze data to improve performance are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a steady workflow, balancing speed with quality while meeting campaign goals.
  • Collaborate with the outreach team to refine messaging that drives responses and engages candidates.
  • Improve continuously by analyzing reply-rate data and applying team feedback to optimize results.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in copywriting, outbound sales, or SDR roles with a focus on personalized messaging.
  • Writing experience required, with a proven track record of producing persuasive, concise, and natural-sounding copy.
  • Exceptional written English with a conversational, human tone and strong attention to detail.
