Business Optimization Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of services by managing critical aspects of the business.

This role plays a vital part in executing business goals while overseeing key operations. The system manager will work closely with key team members to streamline processes and improve client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine business systems to enhance efficiency.
  • Automate workflows for lead nurturing, onboarding, task assignments, and follow-ups.
  • Document standard operating procedures to maintain consistency across departments.
  • Manage client invoicing cycles and oversee client and contractor agreements.
Team & Project Coordination
  • Utilize tools like ClickUp and Slack to ensure team alignment and accountability.
  • Monitor timelines, assign tasks, and identify potential blockers.
  • Lead initiatives to improve business processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with the Client Manager to enhance the client journey.
  • Support the Marketing Assistant in linking campaigns with backend automations.
  • Work with the HR Team Lead to align internal operations with workflows.
Client Experience Oversight
  • Improve the client onboarding and management process through automation and touchpoints.
  • Ensure user-friendly client-facing systems are regularly updated.
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement preventative solutions.

The ideal candidate has experience as a Business Operations Manager or System Administrator in a digital or service-based business.

They should have advanced knowledge of project and task management tools, strong business operations skills, and excellent communication skills.
