Flexible Call Center Representative

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to support a range of inbound and outbound customer service initiatives for diverse clients.
You will handle incoming inquiries, proactively reach out to existing customers, and promote new products while delivering exceptional service. This is an opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects with iconic brands.
Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Candidates must have prior call center experience and reside within 80km of our office.
- Handle calls professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve issues through effective problem-solving.
- Research information across systems to support customer needs.
- Accurately document interactions.
- Guide customers through options to find solutions.
- Follow policies and procedures.
- Protect customer privacy.
- Evaluate complex situations and escalate if necessary.
- Stay current with training updates.
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- At least 18 years old
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous call center experience
- Work-from-home experience
- Strong command of the English language
- A typing speed of 20+ WPM
- High-speed internet connection
- Basics skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
- Troubleshooting and follow-up skills
- Able to multitask and self-manage
- Excellent interpersonal skills
This role operates in a professional office environment. The position involves sitting/standing for long periods while using a computer and headset. Occasionally may be required to move or lift objects up to 40 pounds.
