We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Call Center Professional to fill a key position within our organization.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and requests while ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
  • Elevate customer feedback as required.
  • Identify opportunities for new business development by following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
  • Generate new business by meeting potential clients to understand their needs and provide relevant solutions.
  • Manage the sales process to close new business opportunities.
  • Nurture strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • A minimum of 6 months of call center experience.
  • Exceptional English language skills.
  • Personal computer, Microsoft Office suite, telephone, and reliable internet service.
  • Excellent computer and typing skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must be well organized and detail-oriented.
  • Be open to learning and growth.
